A working notebook for thinking and building alongside AI.
Thirty years a developer, now working out what the craft becomes when AI is part of the work. This is the public side of that workshop: ideas still forming, projects that shipped, and essays thought all the way through.
What I'm working on right now.
Recent work, in progress and just shipped.
Ink Mirror
A journal where you write first and the AI reads second, observing your patterns without generating, correcting, or suggesting
Personal Charter
What I believe about trust, feedback, and how I lead.
Model-Agnostic Applications
Token costs are real and rising. For agentic applications, being locked to one model is no longer viable. Switching providers dynamically has become a basic feature, not an optimization.
Daemon-First, Agent-Native
Three projects, three domains, same architecture each time. It holds. Here's what I've learned from it.
Four places to start.
Unlike a blog, this is a working space. Some entries are finished, some aren't. Start wherever the curiosity lands.
Ideas
Developing thoughts and explorations. Half-formed, still in progress.

The public side of a private workshop.
I'm Ron, a developer for nearly thirty years. The past couple of years changed how this work gets done, and I'm not standing to the side of that shift. This space tracks the exploration: projects I'm building with AI tools, and what it actually means to work alongside them.
The goal here is learning, not publishing. But writing is the most accessible way to make that work shareable. I hope something here is useful, or at least gets you asking your own version of the same questions.
